Does T&M Machining have in-house testing capabilities?

Yes. T&M Machining has two presses with capabilities from 45 to 300 tons and a furnace for testing a customers’ fixtures prior to final shipment.

Does T&M Machining stock its own material?

Yes. T&M Machining maintains a stock of over 25,000 pounds of 2024 & 7075 aluminum plates and rounds for its fixtures.

Does T&M Machining have CAD/CAM capabilities?

Yes. T&M Machining has extensive CAD/CAM capabilities with five CAD terminals staffed by three full-time engineers. T&M uses MastercamĀ® X4 CAD software with an A to D size plotter.

Does T&M Machining fabricate other types of fixtures?

Yes. In addition to our straightening fixtures, T&M Machining fabricates a variety of other fixtures for the foundry industry including inspection and machining fixtures.

Yes. T&M Machining machines castings for the aircraft manufacturing industry.
